This quality crafted Sawyer Mill blue panel by VHC Brands comes with an attached valance with repeating patchwork patterning of plaids, micro checks, and vintage stripes atop a blue chambray base. The patchwork as well as the bottom is finished with an adorable burlap ruffle. These would look great in your country farmhouse living spaces.
